Dr. Gottfried, has over 20 years of experience in the biomedical industry and deep familiarity and understanding of the medical devices market. While serving as the Chairman of IZMEL - Magnet Consortium, Dr. Gottfried was involved in many due diligence reviews for start-up companies.
Some scientific applications she was involved with include: development of blood substitutes, broad experience in PDT and a specific achievement in the development of a new in vivo model for PDT, and consultation for some projects in the Technion Entrepreneurial Park.
Dr. Gottfried worked as Manager of Clinical Applications for ESC Medical Systems now Lumenis, Odin Medical Technologies now Medtronic, Orex and UltraShape.
Dr. Gottfried holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Technion in Haifa.
